Lauren was born in Phoenix, Arizona and grew up in Boulder City, Nevada. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a Certificate in Ethics, from Arizona State University. After earning her Bachelor’s degree, Lauren went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate and Certificate in Mediation from Arizona Summit Law School. While attending law school, Lauren clerked for Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Sherry K. Stephens, who notably presided over some of Phoenix’s most notorious criminal cases; including the Jodi Arias murder trial, during her clerkship.
Lauren went on to start her legal career handling family law and criminal defense matters until she returned to Nevada in September 2017. Prior to starting her own firm with her husband Dain, Lauren spent four years working for the City of Boulder City in the City Attorney’s office. She assisted on both civil and criminal matters for the City. She went on to spend over a year at a private firm practicing civil litigation, practicing in both products liability and class action matters, including representing the State of Nevada in Opioid litigation against pharmaceutical manufacturers and dispensers.
Lauren is licensed to practice law in Nevada and Arizona. When she is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and her two pit bulls, Zoe and Maximus.
